Evince is a simple document viewer from GNOME

Evince is a free and open source program for viewing PDF documents, comic books, and others.

Support for viewing the following formats: PDF, Postscript, djvu, tiff, dvi, XPS, SyncTex support with gedit, comics books (cbr,cbz,cb7 and cbt);
There is a search that displays the results found in the sidebar and highlights them on the page;
There is an option to show/hide the sidebar, where you can choose what to display: thumbnails, content, notes, and bookmarks;
You can leave notes in the text: add an author, choose a color, change the transparency, and select an icon (note, comment, and others);
You can select text in a document: add an author, choose a color, change the transparency and markup mode (select, cross out, underline, and distort);
You can view information about the document;
You can rotate documents;
Document zoom support;
Support for presentation mode (slide show);
It is possible to split into two-page views, and continuous viewing mode is also available;
