- Ipe is a drawing editor for creating shapes in PDF format. It supports the creation of small shapes for inclusion in LaTeX documents, as well as the creation of multi-page presentations in PDF format;
- Support for exporting to PNG, EPS and SVG formats;
- Ipe image files can be saved with the extension .ipe or .xml, but they can also be saved with an extension.pdf;
- Ipe allows you to draw lines and polylines, arcs and spline curves and others, as well as text;
- Ipe supports the use of layers and multiple pages;
- Support for inserting bitmaps from the clipboard or importing from JPEG or BMP, as well as using conversion software can import PDF drawings created by other programs;
- It is possible to directly add text and equations in LaTeX format;
