Review

The interface is divided into three blocks:

the list of channels on the left,
in the middle of the chat window (messages),
on the right is a list of chat users;

HexChat allows you to customize the appearance of the interface, as well as notifications;
There is support for spelling;
Proxy and SASL encryption support;
DCC support;
It is possible to transfer files;
Keyboard shortcuts support;
Support for integration with the system tray;
Support for extending functionality using Python, Perl, and Lua scripts;
It is possible to show / remove blocks.
