HydraPaper is a free and open source wallpaper manager with multi-monitor support



Review

  • Support for graphical desktop environments: GNOME, MATE, Cinnamon and Budgie, and there is also experimental support for the Sway window manager;
  • It is possible to manage your collection: add folders with background images and enable/disable them with one click;
  • You can add images to favorites to quickly select your favorite background images;
  • It is possible to set the wallpaper as zoomed (with a change in scale), centered or fitted, with a black background or a blurred version;
  • There is a function to set random wallpaper;
  • It is possible to enable/disable the single wallpaper mode, i.e. one wallpaper for all monitors;
  • Command line support;
  • Support for keyboard shortcuts.
