Paper is an application for creating notes for GNOME. Free and open source program

It is possible to create, edit and delete notes;
Organizing notes by creating notebooks: you can choose the icon and color of the notebook;
There is a possibility of graphical formatting of notes: plain text, headings (1-6) bold, italics, strikethrought, highlight, insertion of a link, code and horizontal rule;
Markdown support: inserting a list, links, images, and more;
It is possible to change the font family;
There is a search by notes;
It is possible to remove the toolbar and the markdown cheat sheet icon;
It is possible to include a three-panel arrangement;
It is possible to change the place where notes are saved;
There is an option to limit the width of the text area that can be stretched;
Support for keyboard shortcuts.

The software Paper is available for installation on Linux.
