Stretchly is a free and open source, cross-platform software that reminds you to take breaks when working on your computer

Integration with the system tray. The Stretchly program indicator shows how much time is left until the next mini-break;
It is possible to go to a short or long break without counting the time; It is possible to pause or reset the countdown;
It is possible to adjust the duration and interval of short (mini) and long breaks;
On/off display of notifications before the start of breaks;
Allow or not to postpone breaks;
There is a “Strict mode” that does not allow you to postpone breaks;
You can choose whether to show the break duration counter in the window or on the entire screen, and also configure whether to show the counter on all screens or not;
Whether or not to show exercise ideas during breaks;
Track or not when the system is not in use (the countdown to breaks stops);
It is possible to change the appearance;
There is an option to turn on/off the sounds, as well as select any sound to play at the end of the break.

The software Stretchly is available for installation on Linux, Windows and macOS, as well as: mobile applications for Android.
