TV-Lite logo

TV-Lite is a free and open source, multi-platform program for watching IPTV with Sopcast and Acestream handling capabilities

Review

  • TV-Lite wants to replace the older TV-Maxe program (TV-Lite does not have all the features that TV-Maxe offers);
  • The program allows you to view IPTV, and can also work with Sopcast and Acestream;
  • Support for the M3U format, which is used for many IPTV playlists;
  • It is possible to add subscriptions or your own list of channels: add, change and delete;
  • There is a search by channels, as well as sorting;
  • It is possible to remove the side panel with TV channels;
  • It is possible to choose the aspect ratio;
  • It is possible to choose a video track, audio track or subtitles;
  • It is possible to save subscriptions as local playlists;
  • Support for full-screen mode;
  • You need to install Acestream and, if necessary, Sopcast, so that this program can handle the appropriate types of streams.
