Xournal++ is a free and open source, cross-platform program for creating handwritten notes and annotations in PDF documents

Support for pressure-sensitive styluses and digital pen tablets (such as Wacom, Huion, XP Pen, etc.);

The software Xournal++ is available for installation on Linux, Windows and macOS, as well as: mobile applications for Android, and Web version.
