To reduce the size of backups and their creation time by deleting unnecessary files;

Prepare whole disk images for compression (common for “ghost” backups and virtual machines) by wiping free disk space.
Program interface: on the left there are elements to select for scanning and deleting, and the amount of disk space used is displayed, on the right there is information about what exactly will be deleted;
There is an opportunity to choose the items to scan for the presence of garbage;
You can view the scan results: in which elements garbage was found and how much disk space will be freed up after deletion;
There is a function for permanently deleting files and directories (you need to select it manually) with recovery protection (shred files);
Overwrite free disk space to hide previously deleted files;
Command line interface for scripting and automation;
