Clipman – free and open source clipboard manager developed for Xfce graphics environment

Review

  • Clipman saves the contents of the clipboard, even when you close the application from which it was copied;
  • Clipman is capable of processing: text, images, links;
  • It is possible to show the contents of the clipboard in reverse order.

You can customize the program’s behavior:

  • Sync selections (sync the primary clipboard with the default clipboard in a way that it is possible to paste what gets selected);
  • Show QR-Code (if checked, the menu shows a QR-Code of the currently selected clipboard entry).

Log Settings (History):

  • Save on quit (keeps the history at every new session);
  • Store last copied image (allows to store one image in the history);
  • Ignore selections (prevents the primary clipboard from being inserted in the history);
  • Size of the history (sets the number of items to keep in history).

Support of actions:

  • Сan be enabled or disabled through the Enable actions option);
  • An action is a pair of a name and a regular expression;
  • Each action can have one or more commands.
