GNOME Maps is a free and open source program that allows you to find the right place by searching the city or street


  • GNOME Maps uses a collaborative OpenStreetMap database created by hundreds of thousands of people around the world;
  • It is possible to search for the right place by searching the city or street;
  • It is possible to plan routes: hiking, by bicycles, by car and by public transport (this is done through the open source GraphHopper service);
  • There is an opportunity to view additional information about the attractions;
  • Gnome Maps supports automatic detection of the current location;
