Google Chrome has a simple interface with a minimum of personalized settings:

Address bar for searching for information and going to the domain you need (by inserting a link),
Show/hide the bookmarks bar;

The “Labels” Section:

sites that you open frequently,
adding custom labels manually: name and link,
hide labels;

Appearance:

you can change the theme: change the color scheme,
adding a background image,
selecting the font and its size;

You can import bookmarks from installed browsers or HTML files;
