Interface

The qBittorrent interface consists of several blocks in the software window:

  • Context menu at the top;

Just below the toolbar (you can hide it):

  • adding and deleting torrents,
  • stopping and resuming torrents,
  • setting priorities for downloading torrents,
  • search for added torrents,
  • button for blocking the program interface;

Below on the left (each block can be collapsed, leaving only the header):

  • statuses (uploaded, distributed, active, and other statuses);
  • categories created by you;
  • tags created by you;
  • trackers;

Lower right:

  • torrents: title, size, progress, and so on (you can show/hide columns);
  • information about the torrent: General, trackers, Pirs, web SIDS, files;

The status bar is located in the program’s basement:

  • displays the number of DHT hosts,
  • communication status,
  • speed limit switch,
  • displaying and configuring download and return speeds;
  • It is possible to display the speed in the program header;
  • It is possible to show/hide the search engine, RSS Manager, activity log (open in the program tabs).

  • You can assign a category and label to each torrent;

  • You can set the download priority for each torrent file;
  • There is a search for added torrents;
  • It is possible to download from the first and last part;
  • It is possible to download files sequentially to preview undocumented media files (allows you to view the media file before it is fully downloaded);
  • Extended support for RSS with filters for download (including regular expressions);
  • Support for IP filtering;
  • Integration with the system tray;
  • Proxy support;
  • Remote management via the web interface;
  • Protocol UPnP, the NAT port mapping Protocol;
  • Encryption support;
  • It is possible to create a torrent;
  • Remote control through Web user interface, written with AJAX;
