Scorched3D is a turn-based artillery strategy game in which opponents take turns firing at each other with a wide range of different weapons and/or defending themselves with the help of defensive systems. In one turn, the player can either make a shot, or move his equipment to another place;
Scorched3D includes live, fully destructible 3D landscapes that include animated jet planes, sea vessels, water and even birds, with detailed tanks and shells and stunning visual effects;
The player can choose the trajectory/angle of fire and the strength/power of the shot;
It is possible to buy weapons and equipment with the money earned in battle;
There is an opportunity to choose equipment (tanks, anti-aircraft and artillery installations, towers, etc.) of various types before the start of each game;
The game has both offensive weapons and defensive systems;
It is possible to play against a computer opponent or over the network: you can play simultaneously with 24 other players, mixing computer players with people both on randomly generated landscapes and on custom maps. Scorched3D comes bundled with the Apocalypse mod, which offers improved weapon levels;
It is possible to configure various game parameters;
Support for windowed and full-screen mode;
Support for customizable keyboard shortcuts (hotkeys).
