sleek is a free and open source, multi-platform task management program that uses todo.txt format



Review

  • The task list is created based on the todo format.txt;
  • It is possible to use several task lists: support for opening lists in tabs;
  • It is possible to add to each task: text, priority, context, project, deadline, repeat;
  • There is a search for tasks by: text, priority, project, due date, repeat, creation date and deferred;
  • It is possible to filter tasks by priority, context and project (filters can be renamed or deleted by right – clicking on them);
  • It is possible to adjust the sorting order by dragging the desired item;
  • There is an autofill function that offers available contexts and projects;
  • There is an option to show/hide completed tasks;
  • There is an automatic detection of hyperlinks, you can open them by clicking on them;
  • You can create multi-line tasks;
  • Existing tasks can be used as templates for new ones;
  • sleek can send you notifications about tasks that need to be completed today and tomorrow (the application must be running for this function to work);
  • A compact view is available;
  • Support for two themes: light and dark;
  • Tabindex support (allows you to switch between tabs using CTRL+Tab keyboard shortcuts);
  • Support for keyboard shortcuts.
